You don’t need scrambling experience or specialist skills. A steady approach, reasonable fitness, and a willingness to engage with exposed terrain are far more important than prior experience.

FAQs
Do I need scrambling experience?
No. If you’re a regular hillwalker and open to learning, we’ll build confidence progressively across the two days.
Is this suitable if I’m unsure about heights?
You do need to be comfortable with exposure. That said, we move at a calm pace, talk through options, and choose lines that suit the group on the day.
Is accommodation included?
No — this is a two-day, day-based experience. We’ll send joining instructions and suggested nearby bases if helpful.
What if the weather is poor?
Your guide will adapt the route to suit conditions and the group. The aim is a safe, high-quality day — not “do or die”.
What should I bring?
We’ll send joining instructions, and the Equipment & Kit Lists page is a helpful guide.
